Product introduce
Lay-on ceiling tiles used widely in interior decoration, the suspension system of this ceiling is hidden, but we can see the grid consist of tee and cross tee.
 
The normal size of lay-on ceiling tiles is 600*600mm and height is 10mm. Customers can choose plain or perforation. Perforated ceiling tile have better acoustic performance. We have many kinds of punching patterns, no matter square hole or round hole, diameter from 1.8mm to 6.0mm. Except round hole, we also have square hole. Normally, perforated ceiling tile with black tissue on the back, material is nonwoven fabric and the function is sound absorbing.
 
We can do RAL colors or customized color, customer provide color sample and we do same.

Installation guide
1. Install the wall trim in the same level;
2. Fix thread rod with expansion bolt and nuts, connect main channel with 38 main hanger, normally thread rod distance between 1to1.2m;
3. Connect main tee with common hanger, distance same as panel width; Then insert cross tee into main tee; Make sure all the tees at the same height;
4. Lay the ceiling tile into tee grid.
Remember to remove any finger print or stain may remain on the panel.
