Product info
Clip in ceiling panels used widely in interior decoration, the suspension system of this ceiling is hidden. Usually, clip in ceiling panels are made of aluminum. We always use the high quality aluminum as raw material, our material suppliers are Scien and Southwest aluminum group.
 
The normal size is 600*600mm. Different sizes can be chosen, such as 300*300, 300*600, 300*1200, 600*1200, 600*1800, and so on. We can customize the production according to the demand of customers.
 
Customers can choose plain or perforation. Perforated ceiling tile have better acoustic performance. We have kinds of punching patterns for your choice, diameter have 1.8mm, 2.3mm, 3.0mm. Except round hole, we also have square hole. Normally, perforated ceiling tile with black tissue on the back, material is nonwoven fabric and the function is sound absorbing. SoundTex acoustic tissue is available too.
 
The edge we have square and bevel for choice. Apart from solid color, we also offer metallic color, wood texture, hairline and so on.

Installation guide
1. Install the wall angle in the same height;
2. Fix hanging rod with explosive bolt and nut, connect C38 carrier with hanger parts, normally hanging rod distance between 1to1.2m;
3. Connect triangle carrier and main carrier with triangle carrier hanging part, distance same as panel size;
4. Press panel into triangle keel and make sure all the panels in same level.
5. Remove any finger print or stain may remain on the panel.
